This year, we started a Christmas ornament collection, buying interesting red and gold themed items wherever we travel. We were lucky to find the fantastic Christmas Cottage in Highlands where we bought the objects below.
We got swept up in the patriotic fervour of the USA and bought this flag.
This beautiful sleigh is a limited edition, glass blown ornament by Matt Litavsky of Mattarusky Heirloom Ornaments.	We bought a set of four of these stellar baubles
This swimmer just fits our red and gold theme and adds a camp touch to our tree
Of course, the campest ornament of all is this Elvis one, which led my parents to believe we had gone nuts.
To show that we do still have taste, we bought this enamelled Nutcracker ball at Magnolia Plantation in Charleston
